April Gathering

April 18 | HK$250

Say thank you to my precious body

Say Thank You To My Precious Body is a tender, empowering afternoon dedicated to honoring your body with presence and gratitude. Through breath-led movement and practical body literacy, we’ll shift from self-critique to appreciation—leaving you grounded, open, and more at home in your own skin.

Session #1

The Vessel and the Flame | 45 mins
facilitated by Delia Leung

A guided journey into the sacred architecture of your being. We’ll awaken the body as a receptive vessel through gentle somatic movement, then kindle the inner flame of prana with conscious breathing. Intention moves from thought to sensation as the heart’s wisdom lights the body from within—soft, steady, and radiant.

Delia Leung

Owner of One O Eight Wellness Space, lululemon ambassador, and founder of MindfulMovementHK. Delia has completed 1,000 hours of teacher training with Sri Dharma Mittra at Dharma Yoga Center NYC, specializing in yoga, breathwork, and meditation. A former investment banker turned wellness educator, she has taught at international yoga conferences, Buddhist monasteries, and for global financial institutions and NGOs. Featured in Yoga Journal. BSc Psychology (UCL) and Master of Buddhist Studies (HKU).

Session #2

Redefine Your Body | 45 mins
facilitated by Freda Kwai

Pain, posture, and performance change when we understand how the body is built and how it wants to move. In this practical session, Freda shares clear, efficient ways to connect with your structure, steer your movement, and “edit” unhelpful patterns—so your body feels lighter, clearer, and easier to live in.

Freda Kwai

An anatomy and fascia specialist who integrates structure, function, and inner coherence into a flexible training system. Since 2018, she has helped 5,000+ people improve posture and relieve pain. Once uninterested in conventional workouts but fascinated by how things work, she now teaches efficient, engaging methods that empower anyone to take charge of mind–body health. She believes bodily freedom is an essential—yet underrated—key to happiness.
