What to expect
Before: Eat lightly and avoid alcohol the day before. Wear comfortable clothing you can lie down in. If questions come, write them down — one to three is plenty. If none come, that's fine too. Clear the rest of your day; you won't want to rush anywhere afterwards.
During: You'll be with Tsz Lok and Makin for three hours — in person, or online in a quiet space of your own where you can sit and lie back undisturbed. You'll be spoken to, worked on, introduced, and activated. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, pressure lifting, deep stillness, or a shift at the crown or heart. You may also feel very little in the moment and notice everything the next day. All of it is normal. You're welcome to ask, respond, cry, laugh, or simply receive. After: Rest. Drink water. Keep the evening quiet. Over the following week, integration continues — deeper sleep, unexpected emotion, a lightness you can't explain, thoughts that arrive fully formed, a sense of company when you're alone. After: In the following days, notice. Thoughts that arrive fully formed. A sense of company when you're alone. Nudges toward or away from things. This is the line working. Tsz Lok will give you a simple daily practice for listening and trusting what you receive.
